Youth Ministry
At Haygood, we believe in making a space for youth (6th-12th graders) to grow spiritually and relationally with God and their peers. We make space for this growth and connection through different activities geared towards, study, fellowship, and fun!
During the school year, we gather regularly on Sunday nights from 5-7pm for dinner, small groups, and game time.
We also meet for Sunday School on Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45am.
Plus, 8th graders spend their Sunday morning s in Confirmation where they learn what it means to be part of the United Methodist Church.
We also have various special activities throughout the year including retreats, one time events, and a summer mission trip.
We love welcoming new and familiar faces to all of our events, and we always ensure the safety of our youth when they are participating in any Haygood Youth sponsored event.
