Become a member of the Haygood Family
Becoming a member of the Haygood family of faith is a rewarding experience. Of course, everyone is invited to participate in the ministries of the congregation, regardless of church affiliation. You are encouraged to get involved in congregational activities and programs, and we certainly invite you to find your place among the membership of the Haygood family.
As United Methodists, we recognize and accept your Christian baptism from any denomination. In transferring your membership, we will celebrate your baptism, and gratefully receive you into the Haygood Memorial UMC congregation. In each worship service, during the singing of the closing hymn, please come forward and present yourself for membership.
