Rising 5th and 6th graders will be participating in a Surfin! adventure with daily off-site mission field trips led by Rev. Eric Fessler, Haygood UMC’s Youth Minister. For questions please call Melissa Lerner (404-872-9613 ext. 226).
General Information
· Children who are 3 years old (by 12/31/07) through rising 6th graders are invited to attend.
· Children who are 2 years old (by 12/31/07) are invited to attend for parents volunteers for the entire week of VBS
· Please complete one form per child & the accompanying volunteer commitment by May 1st, 2008.
· The registration fee this year is $28.00 per child with a family maximum of $58. Make checks payable to Haygood Memorial UMC and attach to this form.
· Completed forms can be placed in the envelopes at the Preschool Desk, the Church Office or mailed to 2008 VBS, Haygood UMC, 1015 E. Rock Springs Rd., Atlanta, GA 30306.
· Registration forms need to be received no later than April 30th, 2008.
